The Reality & Missing Truths

The recent force treaty imposed on DCP is one of the most questionable rulings in CPA history, setting a dangerous precedent that affects the entire army community. This post will break down the situation, expose ACP’s blatant manipulation, and respond to their weak attempt to twist the narrative.

DCP will not stay silent while lies and hypocrisy go unchecked. It’s time to set the record straight.

Force Treaty

1. Background and Context.

To fully understand the ramifications of this ruling, it is important to establish the sequence of events that led to it. Two individuals are central to this discussion: Kimo and Jazz.

  • Kimo was previously in ACP before briefly joining DCP and then returning to ACP.
  • Jazz was formerly in ACP but later joined DCP, holding the position of Private First Class (One rank above the lowest troop rank, Private).

Kimo has a history of openly sharing pictures of himself, including setting his profile picture and banners to images of his face, participating in video calls with his camera on, and linking his TikTok and Instagram to his public Discord profile. He has also openly shared personal images in group chats with many individuals in CPA.

It is worth to note that Kimo, at the time of writing this, has removed his Instagram and TikTok on his profile. The picture below was taken on the day the force treaty occurred clearly showing his social media accounts linked. Further pictures below also prove that Kimo was openly sending pictures of himself to members of the community. These screenshots are just a fraction of the times he has done this—he has repeatedly shared images of himself on numerous occasions.

2. ACP using a “doxxing” claim to strategically end war

The controversy arose when Jazz, in a private group chat, sent a photo of Kimo accompanied by a derogatory comment related to his race. Jazz had sent the photo of Kimo in a group chat on the 14th. Kimo briefly joined DCP on the 15th, before returning to ACP on the 16th. This incident was reported by ACP to the CPA administration right after they received their second consecutive defeat in the war on the 17th. The CPA administration then ruled that this constituted doxxing, allowing ACP to impose a force treaty on DCP.

Let’s dive into this situation even further.

Before the war even began, Kimo had a history of sending pictures of others without their consent, including Jazz, despite her explicitly telling him not to. In one instance, he reacted to an image of a person by making a racially derogatory remark, saying “Fuck no” in response to their skin tone.

These actions, both sharing images without permission and making racist comments, are undeniably inappropriate. Yet, despite clear, documented evidence of this behavior, ACP has chosen to keep Kimo as staff, while simultaneously pushing for a force treaty against DCP over a similar incident involving a low-ranking member.

The double standard is blatant. ACP was quick to call out a violation when it benefited them strategically, yet they have taken no action against Kimo, whose behavior is demonstrably just as bad, if not worse.

The screenshots below further highlight how ACP strategically used the “doxxing” claim to their advantage, despite many of their own troops expressing confusion over why this was even considered an issue. Multiple ACP members acknowledged that Kimo had openly shared pictures of himself with everyone, making it questionable how this could be classified as doxxing.

Additionally, one ACP troop explicitly states that Kimo was laughing about the situation and didn’t seem bothered by it at all. Instead, his focus appeared to be on how it could be used as a tactical opportunity for ACP to escape a losing war against DCP.

This reinforces the argument that the force treaty was not about upholding rules or protecting individuals, but rather a convenient way for ACP to manipulate the system in their favor, with CPA administration enabling it.

3.  CPA admins response regarding the situation.

Within minutes of ACP losing their second battle, CPA admins received a report from ACP claiming that Jazz, a low-ranking DCP troop, had “doxxed” Kimo by sharing his picture alongside a racist remark in a group chat.

The timing of this report is suspicious. ACP waited until after losing to raise the issue, making it clear that this was a strategic move rather than a genuine concern.

CPA administration immediately ruled against DCP, informing leadership that:

  • A DCP troop had doxxed Kimo and made a racist comment.
  • DCP staff were in the group chat where it happened, and therefore, the army was responsible.

At this point, DCP leaders requested further context and pointed out that Kimo’s face was not private information. He had:

  • Used his own face as a profile picture.
  • Promoted his TikTok and Instagram on his Discord profile.
  • Shared multiple pictures of himself in public group chats and on calls.

Despite this, CPA dismissed the argument, stating:

“That doesn’t matter, spreading a photo of him and calling him [racial slur] is not acceptable behavior.”

“A grave instance occurred in which a picture of a person’s face was shared across several group chats without their consent, having their ethnicity made fun of. Your higher-ups could have stopped it, but this did not happen.”

The Real Issue: This Was Never Doxxing

Let’s make this clear: the racist comment made by Jazz was unacceptable, and DCP rightfully banned her for it. But offensive behavior is not the same as doxxing.

Doxxing is the act of exposing private, personally identifiable information with malicious intent. However, Kimo’s face was already widely available—he had chosen to make it public in multiple ways. If someone openly shares their own information, how can it be considered “revealed” by someone else?

To put this into perspective, If I publicly state that I’m from Texas, list it in my Discord bio, and frequently tell people about it… If someone later insults me and mentions that I’m from Texas, can I call it doxxing? That’s the exact logic CPA admins applied here.

Even worse, ACP high-command and staff had no issue with this type of behavior when Jazz was in ACP. Screenshots show ACP members participating in the same kind of activity without any consequences.

So when ACP does it, it’s ignored. But when DCP is involved—even though DCP punished Jazz themselves—it’s suddenly a force treaty?

Jazz, enlisted in ACP at the time, proudly acknowledging that she had pictures of Kimo. Kailey, ACP HCOM, is seen to be present during this.

ACP former leader, Ugly, publicly talking about the appearance of Kimo.

CPA also justified the force treaty by pointing out that two DCP staff members were in the group chat where Jazz posted the picture.

But consider this:

  • These staff members had previously been in group chats where Kimo shared his own pictures and other members shared Kimo’s face as well.
  • Kimo had never expressed discomfort with his face being shared before.
  • How were DCP staff supposed to magically know that Kimo would suddenly be uncomfortable with this one instance?

DCP staff who were in the group chat confused on the entire situation.

Expecting staff members to police every group chat they are in, monitor what every troop says, and somehow predict which widely known information is suddenly “off-limits” is completely unreasonable.

ACP Still Keeps Kimo, Despite Evidence Against Him

The biggest hypocrisy in all of this is that ACP still has Kimo as staff, even though he had previously sent photos of Jazz without her consent. He also made racist remarks about others in a response to a dox being sent.

This means ACP leadership is fine keeping someone who has done the exact same things—if not worse—than what they accused a low-ranking DCP troop of.

So let’s be real: This was never about doxxing. This was about finding an excuse to force treaty DCP after ACP started losing. And CPA let it happen.

The Affects of the Ruling and Precedent Set

This decision fundamentally changes the definition of doxxing, creates a flawed standard for accountability, and opens the door for future abuse.

Before this ruling, publicly available information wasn’t considered doxxing. If someone had their face in their PFP, promoted their social media, appeared on video calls, and shared selfies freely, their image was not private. Now, CPA has set a dangerous precedent—even if someone has shared their face everywhere, if they later decide they don’t like a specific person sharing it, it’s now considered doxxing.

Imagine someone posts a selfie, appears on camera in multiple group chats, and never has an issue with it. But if one specific person sends that same image elsewhere, CPA can now consider it doxxing—despite the image already being public.

If this logic applies to pictures, where does it end?

  • If someone publicly says they live in Texas and puts it in their Discord bio, can they later claim “doxxing” if an enemy mentions it while insulting them?
  • This ruling blurs the line between doxxing and simply being offensive, making enforcement completely subjective.

A clear example of how CPA administration defined doxxing.

Wars Can Now Be Ended Over a Single Troop’s Actions

This ruling means an entire army can be force treatied over the actions of a single troop, even one at the lowest rank.

  • How can armies realistically control thousands of members across private group chats?
  • How can staff be expected to monitor every conversation and predict what information someone might later claim is “private”?

This standard is impossible to enforce fairly and will hurt large armies the most, as they can’t track every member’s actions in real time.

Before, doxxing required exposing private information. Now, just posting something that was already public can be weaponized to force treaty wars.

This ruling is not just flawed—it’s a blueprint for armies to manipulate CPA rulings in the future. If this is the new standard, expect more wars to end based on Discord drama rather than battles.

The 32op Situation: The Truth Behind the Claims

As this unbelievably flawed ruling unfolded, 32op received a 100% real screenshot that appeared to show CPA administrator Mare, the very person who made the ruling, engaging in doxxing herself. Seeing the blatant hypocrisy in CPA’s decision-making, he intended to release this information to expose just how absurd and inconsistent the situation had become. He was completely justified in his frustration, as the ruling against DCP was based on an incoherent and selectively enforced definition of doxxing.

What wasn’t clear at the time, however, was that the person in the screenshot wasn’t actually Mare, but someone pretending to be her. 32op had every reason to believe the screenshot was legitimate—it was real, but the identity of the person behind it was not. While his intentions came out as blackmailing the organization, something he has already apologized to the administration for, his intent was not malicious; he was simply attempting to hold CPA accountable for enforcing a double standard.

Since then, a false narrative has been spread by those who already disliked DCP, claiming that this was some kind of coordinated effort by DCP leadership. Some have even absurdly suggested that the entire leadership team was involved and should be removed from CPA positions. This is pure fabrication. 32op acted on his own, with valid reasoning, and yet people have exaggerated the situation to push their own agenda against DCP.

The reality is that 32op was absolutely right to call out the hypocrisy. His reaction was a direct response to a ruling that was clearly unfair, and any claims that this was a leadership-backed action are nothing more than desperate attempts to twist the narrative. Those pushing for punishment against all of DCP are not acting out of concern for CPA’s integrity—they are simply using this as an excuse to target people they already disliked.

ACP’s leaking of DCPs Staff Server

ACP advisors and staff raided the DCP staff server, spread the invite link, and publicly leaked the entire chat. This wasn’t just a couple of screenshots—it was a complete invasion of privacy, exposing deeply personal information that was never meant to be made public.

This leak included messages from past and present DCP staff discussing extremely sensitive topics, including mental health struggles, family issues, deaths of loved ones, suicidal thoughts, and even personal location details that were never shared outside of that private server. ACP took private conversations and made them public for everyone to see, violating the trust and security of everyone who had ever spoken in that server.

Yet, despite this massive breach of privacy, CPA admins have taken no action against ACP. The same CPA admins who were quick to force treaty DCP over a single troop sharing an already-public image have completely ignored ACP’s actions, even though what they did was objectively worse.

How is it that a single troop in DCP posting a non-private image was enough to end a war, but ACP exposing the most personal struggles of multiple people is perfectly acceptable? CPA’s refusal to address this speaks volumes. This isn’t about enforcing rules—it’s about selective punishment and blatant favoritism.

Response to the ACP Post

While we could go in-depth addressing the countless fabricated claims ACP pushed in their incredibly weak post, the reality is we don’t have the time nor the interest to entertain blatant lies in this post. However, we will call out some of the most laughable and hypocritical statements they made. A full response will be made later.

One of the most absurd claims ACP pushed was questioning DCP’s integrity in declaring wars on S/M armies. The strategy behind this was clear, and ACP knows it. Back in Summer 2024, ACP, alongside their allies, declared war on SS immediately after SS revived, knowing that SS had only one land and couldn’t properly engage in a war. To counter this, DCP declared war on multiple S/M armies to obtain land, with a clear and publicly stated promise to return the land once the war was over. As everyone knows, being in a war protects you from other armies declaring war.

We were fully confident in this strategy, and our dominance was immediately proven in the first two battles. Despite ACP’s delusions, DCP crushed them in both AUSIA battles. What’s even sadder is that these were the first ever AUSIA battles of DCP’s current generation. It was clear from the start that DCP was going to obliterate ACP, win the war decisively, and then return the land to the S/M armies as promised.

In their post, ACP seems completely oblivious to the fact that they were attempting to pull the exact same move they used against SS, except this time, they tried to do it by bringing RPF into the war and declaring an ally war with them. Instead of facing DCP on their own, they scrambled to involve another major army, showing just how little confidence they had in their own strength. ACP was clearly terrified. Their actions speak for themselves: they dodged the off-map war and fabricated a lie about Kimo being “doxxed,” reporting it right after the second consecutive AUSIA loss.

Here is your proof, ACP. Grow some balls and do a proper 1v1 war without trying to get RPF to bail you out.

ACP repeatedly claims in their post that DCP is troop stealing, yet their so-called “evidence” is laughable at best. One of the most absurd examples they bring up is Sarahah, which is hilarious considering she is literally engaged to DCP legend, Meer. The irony of including her as proof of troop stealing is beyond ridiculous.

But let’s take a closer look at ACP’s own actions. While they’re busy accusing DCP, ACP staff have been actively engaging in troop stealing themselves.

We’ll give ACP their props, setting up Kimo in DCP to obtain private information along with finding the “doxxing” and using it as an excuse to escape the war after getting crushed was a smart move. Manipulative? Yes. Desperate? Absolutely. But clever? We’ll admit it.

However, what’s beyond bizarre is ACP’s attempt to use Kimo to fabricate accusations against one of our leaders, trying to paint them as a pedophile. That’s not just low, that’s flat-out disgusting. ACP, this wasn’t just strategical anymore, this was straight-up disturbing behavior. You were so desperate to get out of this war that you resorted to try and attempt false and serious accusations? That’s not just weak, that’s weird. Incredibly weird.

A message to the community

To the CPA administration & CPA community: We demand an official statement addressing this blatant mishandling of the situation. Why was action only taken once the war had already begun? Why did the administration fail to conduct a thorough investigation before making such a drastic ruling? Why was DCP not given adequate time to defend itself, yet ACP was allowed to manipulate the situation to their advantage? What is the actual definition of doxxing in terms of war rule violations, and why does it seem to shift conveniently depending on who is involved? Why is ACP not being held accountable for their own actions—actions that include setting up Kimo to infiltrate DCP, falsely accusing one of our leaders of serious allegations, and publicly leaking private staff information? DCP took immediate action against Jazz, a single low-ranking troop, yet ACP is allowed to keep someone even worse on their staff without consequence. How does CPA justify this blatant double standard? Every one of these questions needs to be answered, because right now, this entire situation reeks of bias, selective enforcement, and an administration unwilling to hold ACP accountable.

To ACP troop’s: This is the reality of your army. You are led by pathetic excuses of leaders who care more about manipulating rules and fabricating lies than actually fighting their battles. ACP parades around with the motto “Defend Freedom; Preserve Justice,” but nothing about the current generation of ACP even comes close to upholding that. Instead of standing their ground and facing DCP in a real war, your leaders ran, lied, and twisted the narrative to escape defeat. Your army is weak—not just on the battlefield, but in integrity. ACP has proven they will go as low as possible to avoid losing, and that is nothing short of ridiculous.

To ACP: Congratulations ACP, you managed to go even lower than we expected. You did an impressive job twisting the narrative and manipulating the situation to your advantage, but let’s be real—the only thing you truly accomplished was making us stronger. We will work harder than ever, push further than before, and continue to dominate you again, and again, and again. You really thought that post actually effected us? It was a joke. The truth is, all you did was expose your own desperation, and in the long run, history will remember who actually won.

To DCP: The community will always be against us. No matter what we do, no matter what we say, no matter how right we are, they will turn a blind eye and twist the narrative against us. And that’s okay. We’re used to it. But one thing they won’t be able to deny is our dominance. We will continue to run this community just like we always have. No amount of lies, bias, or manipulation can change the fact that DCP is the strongest force in CPA. Our community is unmatched, and we’ll continue to keep it that way—unstoppable, unbreakable, and undeniable.
