Doritos of Club Penguin

Hello Doritos Family, today is a beautiful day.

Fifteen years ago, the Doritos of Club Penguin were created by Wwebestfan. Never in a million years did I think a virtual army on Club Penguin, founded by some random buff Canadian guy, would have such a huge impact on my life, but it did.

My Story:

I joined the Doritos in 2012 as a 9 year-old, recruited by none other than Wwebestfan himself in a mascot tracking chat. I had been approached by other armies before, but for some reason, this time felt different. I decided to check the army out, not realizing I was about to become part of a family that would mean so much to me. It’s crazy to think that if I had declined that invite, I wouldn’t have met so many incredible people who’ve had such a big impact on my life.

Between 2012 and 2016, I worked my way up to Leader in Training several times, and finally in December 2016, I finally got the opportunity to lead the Doritos. Though my leadership was short, I helped bring home our first ever tournament win in the Christmas Chaos tournament.

Then came 2019, everything changed. Mustapha10 revived the Doritos on Club Penguin Online, and I was brought in as a leader. During this time, he passed the helm to me and honored me with the title of Legacy Leader, and together we broke records never seen before in armies.

In December 2020, the Doritos of CP shut down, seemingly for good. I stepped away from the community for a while. Yet four years later, I found myself back in CPA, advising an army led by Joel, Aisha, and Logical. Watching their passion, their drive, and the way they built a community that truly felt like home was inspiring. When they approached me about reviving the Doritos, I knew they were the right people to carry on our legacy.

A lot of people doubted us when we returned. Some said we’d never be what we once were. But here we are, proving them wrong. Joel, Aisha, and Logical were the perfect people to continue the Doritos’ legacy. We are not only a powerhouse once again, but we are a family — as it was historically.

Present Day:

I couldn’t be prouder of what Joel, Aisha, and Logical have done with the Doritos. They’ve not only continued the legacy but built a community where people like myself can form friendships that last a lifetime. With that being said — effective today, February 8th, 2025, Logical and I will be stepping down as leaders.

Logical is one of the greatest leaders I’ve ever had the privilege of working alongside. While people in the community love to hate him, the reality is, he was an incredible leader. He was dedicated to recruiting, bringing in hundreds of recruits, and helped the army tactically compete with the other established majors. He’s also as great of a person as he is a leader. He’s one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met, and like so many others in DCP, he’s someone I’ll call a brother for life.

To honor his contributions and the immense impact he’s had on this new era of DCP, he will be awarded the Honorary Shield, an honor engraving his name in our army’s history.

Hello Doritos,

Leading DCP was the best opportunity I received in my CPA career. It was a memorable journey with many friends made along the way, but it’s now time to pass the torch to the next generation of DCP! I will still be here as advisor making sure future leaders meet the gold standard.😈😈

I’m beyond proud of what we have been able to accomplish these past months and BEYOND ECSTATIC for the future as I see only greatness ahead.

Thanks to everyone who was here for the ride and giving me the opportunity to serve as your leader. You guys shaped DCP into something truly special. This community and home is something I will NEVER forget! Family Forever!

The future is orange. While Logical and I will be stepping down into advisory roles, we do so with full confidence in the new leadership we’re instating today.

The Future:

I am formally announcing that today, February 8th, 2025, Bscharbach2 and Kira will officially be inducted as leaders.

On this historic day, exactly 15 years since DCP’s creation, a new golden age begins under the leadership of Joel, Aisha, Bscharbach, and Kira. I have no doubt they will continue to push DCP to greater heights.

Along with this new leadership, we’re also announcing a newly established staff team, listed below. Congratulations to everyone on their promotions, I can’t wait to see this new generation of DCP thrive.

While this marks the end of mine and Logical’s leadership, this is far from the end for the Doritos. A new generation will flourish, and the Doritos will be the one leading the future. The community will continue to doubt us, as they always have, but we will continue to rise above and dominate. If you aren’t apart of it, at least you get to witness.
