Doritos of Club Penguin

The Doritos of Club Penguin officially declare a state of war against the People’s Imperial Confederation, declaring them as enemies.

The recent actions of Army Club Penguin (ACP) have proven them to be nothing more than cowards, faking wars with Help Force and now attacking our dear friends, the Templars. Despite being the army with the largest ego, ACP has decided to run from DCP, refusing to face us in battle. This act of cowardice speaks volumes about their inability to confront their true rivals. Rather than standing strong and fighting their battles, ACP hid behind the protection of their allies in a feeble attempt to avoid the inevitable defeat they would face at the hands of the Doritos. Now however, they have decided to try and eliminate our friends. We will not stand for this. This lack of courage only adds to the mounting evidence that ACP is unfit for the title of a dominant army.

In retaliation for their cowardice, the Doritos of Club Penguin are launching an attack on the People’s Imperial Confederation (PIC), as ACP continue to hide from us. If ACP refuses to fight us, then we shall retaliate by hitting their allies – as they are doing to us. DCP’s actions are not driven by spite, but by a necessity to restore justice to the battlefield and show that the true strength lies with those who do not hide behind alliances, but confront their enemies head-on. This offensive is not just about the DCP’s pursuit of victory, but about sending a strong message to the ACP  that running away from their responsibilities will have consequences. The Doritos will continue to fight for honour, courage and the future of our nation, no matter the forces that stand against them.

The terms are as follows:

– This war is a one-on-one conflict between DCP and PIC. The usage of allies, dual-enlists and troops from other armies is NOT allowed. Advisors may not hold a rank in another army, veterans not currently enlisted in an army are permitted to attend. This war is between DCP and PIC only.
– All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA League and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
– No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
– No army is allowed to merge into DCP or PIC until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
– A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (withdrawing from the CPA league or map, shutting your army down, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
– Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA League administration.
– All battles must be judged by CPAJ judges. All CPA laws and CPABattleground rules apply to this conflict.
– No army can declare on/invade DCP or PIC for the duration of this conflict.
– From this declaration, all servers DCP and PIC own are now LOCKED
– No loopholes
