Hype Leading up to battles!
The Crunch Times interviewed 32op, Legacy Leader; Kira, Second in Command of the Doritos; Yoni, also serving as Second in Command of the Doritos; and Heloon, a seasoned veteran of the Doritos.
How did you feel about the divisional battles?
32op:
“Both battles were extremely close and I do feel like Nacho Cheese had the tactical advantage but overall i’m pleased with the turnout and results of the first Dorito Cup. It’ll be interesting to see if Cool Ranch can continue their numbers advantage or if Nacho Cheese will make a comeback in the next Doritos Cup.”
Kira:
“They were really fun!! even though nacho cheese should’ve most definitely won i think it was a great show of team spirit on both sides ans a very nice leisurely thing to show spirit. it was also a great training as well i had a great time”
Yoni:
“Dw? I think they were great. It was nice to have a battle with just dcp to see just how good we are at battles and it was good practice for forms etc”
Heloon:
“as a true NC patriot, I’m obviously disappointed we didn’t win, tho we put up a good fight against CR despite our size disadvantage and performed better than them (results are rigged!!)”
Do you want to see more of these battles and why?
32op:
“Of course, they’re extremely fun since you get to talk trash to people within the army and sway members into joining your division. I’m excited for the next one where I think Nacho Cheese will make a historic comeback.”
Kira:
“i would love more of these battles because i think it would equate to great server morale overall!! maybe in the future we could have divisions or even twist battles! it was incredibly entertaining seeing everyone rep their divisions as well”
Yoni:
“It was fun with all the banter of the two divisions in general chat so yes, I would love to have some more of these events”
Heloon:
“yea its a good way to increase competitivity and practice for upcoming battles”
