[US] Doritos of CP v Templars of CP Practice Battle

[US] Doritos of CP v Templars of CP PB

Welcome back troops, on April 1st 2025 we held our PB vs our allies Templars of Club Penguin
For our preparation for our March Madness battle vs the Army of Club Penguin

Max 27

Room 1: Cove – DCP

DCP entered room 1 with a BAWKBAWK bomb just slightly before TCP did with a size advantage of 10 troops (23 v.s 13) both armies then assumed a combined formation of an underlined plus. All judges agreed that DCP tactics covered TCP’s tactics during this time. TCP were the first to move using a waterfall bomb at :03 which was defended well by DCP’s usage of a BWB tactic. DCP then used a well timed rake bomb to cover TCP’s UV formation which DCP soon joined to form a combined A formation, filling in TCP’s gaps. At this point the size differenced decreased (24 v 16 won by DCP) Once again DCP covered TCP well in this form. DCP then moved with a bomb and TCP followed with a rake bomb. DCP formed into a UT with TCP quickly forming into a right arrow. DCP ended the room with a slight advantage (22 v 15) as TCP filled DCP’s UT and formed a combined anchor form. (DCP were awarded this room due to their faster tactics, better coverage, and better troop activity)

Room 2: Docks – DCP

TCP entered first, pretty much all their troops were there before any DCP troops entered, completing their bomb and forming a UT. DCP used their late entrance to their advantage to cover TCP’s form before assuming a mess X formation. (20 v 15 size adv: DCP) TCP did well for the first few minutes of the room, but DCP really turned up after a moment of slowness and covered TCP well enough from :06 to :10–appearing way larger than the actual size difference should have allowed–to earn a unanimous agreement from the judges that they won the room (although this was definitely the closest room due to TCP’s tactics and formations, along with a near negligible troop advantage)

Room 3: Inside Mine

Room 3 saw the opposite of room 2’s entrance occur, where most of DCP entered the room by the time the first few TCP troops showed up. DCP formed into a UV turned A form rather quickly with TCP entering a T form at pretty much the same time, DCP led this room easily, seeming to have a larger size advantage than they actually did (21 v 16) DCP also had cleaner forms, faster tactics, and more active troops than TCP did throughout the room

Final Result: DCP 3 | Tie 0 | TCP 0
