As a source of chaos, betrayal, and animosity in the community – the Army of Club Penguin has long had an insidious agenda against the Doritos of Club Penguin. Their persistent efforts to dismantle and demolish DCP are the result of a long-standing competition stoked by envy of the Doritos’ power, cohesion, and achievements. Dating back to the days of Original Club Penguin, the rats in ACP have taken every opportunity to attempt to discredit & destroy us. Now, almost a decade after the great betrayal that took place during the Pain Wars, we have come for our revenge against this entity that has time & time again proven itself detrimental to the entirety of Club Penguin armies, festering like a malignant tumor.

Under the pretense of peace, they sabotage operations and to dissolve alliances in order to achieve their own selfish ambitions. ACP’s actual character as a corrupt and destructive organization is exposed by their deliberate treachery, and its continuous efforts to destroy the Doritos’ legacy. ACP’s reign of hatred must be opposed and abolished in order to maintain justice, fairness, and honour among the Club Penguin community. This will ensure that they are unable to carry on their heinous campaign against the Doritos or any other honourable army.

We will vanquish ACP in this conflict. There will be no debate, no decision, simply decisive action. They will not be allowed to continue this reign of selfish destruction upon the people of Club Penguin Armies.

I hereby call all Doritos – past & present to the battlefield to vanquish our foes once and for all.

War Terms

• This war is a one-on-one conflict between DCP and ACP. The usage of allies, dual-enlists and troops from other armies is NOT allowed. Advisors may not hold a rank in another army, veterans not currently enlisted in an army are also permitted to attend. This war is between DCP and ACP.
• This is an off-map war.
• All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA League and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
• No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
• No army is allowed to merge into DCP or ACP until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
• This war has a cap of 19 battles, however if an army reaches 10 battles, they may decide to end the war or continue it
• Should a tie occur, where there is no clear winner after the 19 battles, there is to be 1 tie-breaker battle which will decide the victor of this war.
• A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (withdrawing from the CPA league, shutting your army down, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
• Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA League administration.
• All battles must be judged by CPAJ judges. All CPA laws and CPABattleground rules apply to this conflict.
• No army can declare on/invade DCP or ACP for the duration of this conflict.
• Failure to attend 3 consecutive battles constitutes as a forfeiture of the war.
• No loopholes
