So some owners and/or leaders in this army think it’s okay to slack off and expect me to do everything. If you believe that, you should resign right now. Everyone in the ownership must pull their weight- and I mean everyone. If I catch you slacking, I will give you one warning. Following this warning, if you continue to slack, I will temporarily demote you. If you persist in not doing what you are told to, I will have no issue firing you (or couping you in cases of a lousy leader). These are the requirements for 3ics and above: Recruiting whenever possible, Welcoming new troops to chat, Calling troops to chat for event, Hyping up chat for event, Making sure everyone follows the rules at all times, and Attending all the events they possibly can. There is no excuse.
Moderators on chat and above can use the command !lines to be private messaged the latest recruiting lines.
If you need to, you can use the command !pengs to be private messaged a list of fresh recruiting penguins at your disposal.
Both of these will be updated everyday by myself, so you have no excuse not to recruit. I will not accept slacking. If you aren’t doing your job simply because you think we “need you”, then you can leave right now. I’m tired of being the only one putting effort into this. This is your final warning.
