Well I haven’t been leader in any other army but I’ve been 2ic and LIT and I was previously LIT in “Champions” we are a smal army in SMAC but I managed to get 10 on chat and 13 on CP, I also get them to win “Operation-SMAC-Out” I really made them boss along with my friend, Wheelo so thats my experience if Leadership
