Musta’s Edit: Carter has learned his lesson and has returned as leader in training!4

Hello Troops!

I told you you couldn’t keep me away for long 😉

Well anyways, after the 6th or 7th attempt at couping me, I am back, and better than ever.

Now To Address the Issues with my couping;

1. I told you guys I can’t be active every second of the day. I will go AFK, and I can’t control whata my parents want me to do. It’s part of being a teenager and life. Plus w/ homework and after school work I’ m bound to be afk. SO get over it.
   
2. I make 2/3 events. Some of our owner ranks make 1/3. Why am I being picked on? I’m not naming names… But things need to be taken care of.
3. 13 I make pick on you, but it’s because your like my little annoying brudder. I WUV YEW<3

Now, as my second order of business…

Mods+Owners must make 2/3 or be demoted. Simple as that.

To be promoted you have to make 3/3 events, and recruit as much as possible, with visual proof.

Ohh, and I don’t care who you are, but if you start fights with ANYONE… You will be banned. 🙂 Leader or not. So BEHAVE. 😐
