Most of you probably knew I was going to come back eventually, because we all know WweBestFan cannot stay forever. Don’t be worried, we have went through it before, and we’ll go through it again! Wwe’s reign may be over, but a new one will take effect immediately and take over in place of this.

Like I said, most of you knew I would come back sooner or later. We are still in October, and I and the rest of the leaders will do our best to keep DCP up at its status of 1st in top ten right now. We can stay powerful without Wwebestfan. I have went through this with many of you before, around May/June 2012.  We will not fall under any circumstances.

**HOWEVER**: I do need EVERYONE to add me on chat. I have almost every DCP troop added, and if you are NOT on the chat during war time, I need to call you to the chat.

As far as events go this week, I can clearly see Wwebestfan did not leave any scheduled for us. We will have an event Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I except 20-25+ at these events. If we receive any less, we will be working extra hard next week, and I might just give out demotions.

For my last subject I want to go over in this post, I want to state, that when I mean “order”, I mean new order in the DCP leadership. The first thing I want to go over right now, is how many leaders we should have. Many people, including our legendary leader Bam117, even suggested that we stick to 3 leaders, but, however, some say 4 leaders. I am going to put this decision in the hands of the people of the Doritos Army of Club Penguin. It is your decision, and whatever is chosen will become a law.

• In the event 3 leaders is voted on and passed, it will become a law and state that there can ONLY be 3 leaders at once in leadership. If any more, one must be demoted to Leader In Training. This will usually be the last one chosen as leader, just to make things fair.
• In the event 4 leaders is voted on and passed, it will become a law and state that there can ONLY be a maximum of 4 leaders at any given time. This means there can also be 3 also, but 4 will be the maximum to ensure army quality.

The next and final subject I want to go over is the act of troop recruitment. During club penguin parties, obviously, will be a tremendous opportunity to recruit and build up. However, off-season, will be least effective.

• During tracking season/parties, everyone as a whole in the army must recruit 20-25 everyday. This means as a whole, not individually as a person.
• During off-season, everyone as a whole in the army must recruit 15-20 everyday. This means as a whole, not individually as a person.

Please follow the above strategy every single day, and we will not fall. I feel very confident about this, and believe it will work. Do not be afraid to try new things, they just might work.
