Hello, Troops!

Let me first state that I’m going to be setting the bottom line here, no more drama. This drama was mainly caused by idiots who think they can post links to their army since WweBestFan retired. This is not how it’s gonna work.

First off, keep a good morale, I mean look how good we did without Wwe all those times. What’s gonna change now? Do you think the world is going to collapse now that he’s gone? It’s not, I promise you. Stay in DCP, and all will be fine. Yes you can join IW too, but don’t bail on us just to be with Wwe. What would he wants you to do in this situation? I guarantee he would want the same thing I am stating here.

Second, don’t beg for ranks. I made a mistake by making all 4ic’s owner, and I regret that now, as it caused a lot of trouble. If you see it the way I do, you’d know that too much owners can cause a problem during wars. I apologize to the ones who were owner, but it’s only fair to the ones who won. This also brings me to another point: abusing powers. I know this hasn’t been happening except for Matt on chat, but seriously matt, stop, and it doesn’t make you cool at all. We already turned gcontrol off, so thank us in return. If you abuse again, we will turn it back on.

Third, obey your leaders. I know I’m not here, but I am out here trying to enjoy a nice week off and I’m sitting here wondering wether or not everything is running smooth. I don’t know about you, but I’d like to enjoy it myself. Just because I’m not here or because Wwe isn’t leader anymore, does NOT mean you can do whatever you want. I understand each and every one of you have lives to live, but if you are on chat saying that, I’m pretty sure you can come on club penguin with us.

Also, by now, all original LIT’s, 2ic’s, and 3ic’s should all be owner now, and of course the ones who won elections.

Now onto my next subject: Owner Evaluations.

If you don’t know what they are, it’s a test on wether or not you have the potential and courtesy to be an owner. Remember that owners have to recruit too. Don’t just think its easy to be owner.

These owner evaluations will determine who keeps owner and who doesn’t. All LIT’s, 2ic’s, and 3ic’s will be in this, and especially all 4ic’s. Think of this as your potential promotion. This will determine if you have just what it takes. 🙂

Let me first start off that this will not be taking place until the week of June 11th-June 17th. You will
be given the certain amount of recruits you have to recruit, and I’ll even give you a few pointers on how to recruit.

The criteria you will have to meet will be at least 7-8 recruits. This may not seem a lot, but you won’t be alone. This will be a team effort. The leaders will keep track of how much you have for example.

You have exactly 8 days to learn and 8 oppurtunities to learn. If I were you I would start asking now.

Again, I deeply apologize for the owners I ownered like Sora and 32op, but a line has to be drawn at the boundaries.

If the boundaries continue to be overlooked you will have a handful to control and then it turns into a big mess.
