Hello troops.

So yes, this was the active count I was talking about yesterday.  You MUST comment or you won’t receive your rank back.

Please fill out the following and submit them below in the comments box:

1. What is your Club Penguin username?

2. What is your rank in the DCP?

3. On a rate from 0-10(0 being not active, 10 being beyond active)
