Doritos of Club Penguin

Hello, Troops!

I have decided to make my return back to the Doritos empire, a reign that will last long throughout this summer. Continue reading as you will read, and please examine as I reveal my goals and endeavors, that I will accomplish.

First of all, I would like to address that Wwebestfan, Bam117, and Teddy are still leaders, but I will be looking over this army. The top ten has new demands, that are really simple. It has came to my attention that we are not in the top ten anymore, and this army has no reason not to be.  What happened to the old army, just a few months ago, the one that recruited everyday. Sure the leaders say go recruit everyday, but you don’t put the effort into it guys. It’s called self discipline. Yeah, I’m not going to go on a rant and ground you or anything, but you’ve got to learn, that what you do, it all pays off in the end.

I have decided to return because of the lack of chat activeness (wwebestfan, bam117, teddy) not being here. A small portion of the way the new top ten is, is how active the chat size is, the site (posts), and Miscellaneous. But of course you have the number of events you had that week, and etc.

To get this army back up to the top 5, or at least top 7, (I prefer top 5), then I want you to do everything in this post, EVERYTHING. Leader In Training’s will help fulfill these task(s). Everyone will be having a job, so don’t complain. More than likely each leader will be assigned to a 1 training session OR recruiting session each day. Two or three out of the 5 days will be posted on the website, and then of course posts in between the events, and then on Saturdays – We have the wars and battles. Therefore, everyday the chat is guaranteed to be active, and at least full everyday.

Without any further ado, shall we begin? Let’s begin with step 1:

Step 1:

• “Everyday Recruiting and Training” – Everyone will be doing this. Until we get this settled, we will pick at random any given person (usually any owner online or leader).
• “Wars and Battles” – Wars and battles play a huge part in the army world. Doritos were not built on peace, and with this new top ten system, you sure as heck do not need peace as long as you want to stay in the top ten. I want this army striving. Wins and losses play a part too, and I’d rather us win than lose, but if it’s on obvious loss, of course I will say we lost.
• “Posts and Miscellaneous” – This is where the site admins come in handy. You guys are responsible for keeping the site active enough, to where it’s not a post every 5 minutes or so, but one every 1 and a half day or 2 days. Do what I did when I was grounded, I went ahead and made posts ahead of time, and scheduled them for the day(s) ahead.

Step 2:

• “Chat Activeness” – As a matter of fact, chat activeness plays about a 10-15% role. The person who does the top ten comes on at random times when you don’t expect, so it’s very important you visit the chat a few times a day. Even once for that matter, would be enough.
• “Training Sessions” –  Training sessions during the day.. ah yes, an old term not used often now, or at least in doritos so far as of my knowledge. This goes along with the everyday recruiting, so that’s why you would make the choice of one or the other. During these session, they need to last at least 15-20 minutes long, and I want an on average of 10-20 troops. This will be very good to show CPAC, so be prepared.

This concludes my plan, consisting of 5 main sub-steps, that I think are very useful and successful, and very well used in succeeding this time to the war path, to the road of recovering of in-activeness, and then on the road to great destruction, and great invading of larger nations.
