Strict NEW Owner-ranked rules

Hello troops!

This post is a message to the owner ranks in the DCP, so unless your an owner rank, there is no point in reading it.

The new owner rule consists to EVERY current owner rank, that if any troop we’re currently ranked owner is online anywhere on xat, they MUST be on DCP chat at all times, if not, and a leader catches them not being on it always, they will be fired, and or demoted to a mod rank immediatly.
