Doritos of Club Penguin

Hello, Troops!

After several months of thinking, and also considering that school is almost over, I have decided to return. You only live once, right? My life has finally settled down from the earlier months, and plus, why not take another go at something I love to do? DCP was and still is my second family, and a few in particular have always been here for me. Nothing is holding me back down, and I am ready to take on full responsibility and duty of the DCP empire.

Upon my return, I want to go over a few things, while enforcing, and even making a few rules here. I have brainstormed some laws, and even brainstormed ideas for the army itself, not just the government side of things.

My First Proposal(s)

–The Dorito Doctrine

If it’s anyone who knows me the best, it’d be 13 and Mustapha, along with a handful of others. I like to make laws that are firm and in place, and I like to make sure that they are followed. This Doctrine will consist of a collection of ideas from the past, the present, and the future that I want to go over before it actually happens. For the first few days I won’t be posting event results at all because I will be busy making this “Doctrine”. All Doctrines will be under the empire page.

–The Third Regime

Only twice before this date has the DCP army ever had a regime. A regime is any leadership with certain beliefs. A regime is also any leadership that consist of or above 3 leaders. The first regime lasted for about 2 years before Wwebestfan, Bam, and even myself retired. I returned, Mustapha was made leader, and then Arch came back. This was the second regime. Now, this will be third regime. There will be a new section under the empire page named “Regimes”.

On a final note, I will post the Dorito Doctrine as a post first (as always), and then it will be voted on and will be put into effect. The regime is automatically in effect and will NOT be voted on, but a name for the regime will be made and decided on upon the leaders.
