Hear me DCP soldiers! A new order has been placed upon our glorious empire for any upcoming war times! We must utilize whatever we can to ensure a ultimate and destructive victory against any mongrel!
The conquerors contract is a form of a treaty/agreement put forth to ensure the overall success along with the secure relations over each army. In this contract the losing army (anyone opposing DCP) would be forced into our proposition after countless invasions/war profiling. By doing this we will pressure the opposing army into the CC and force a leadership change.
By forcing a leader or figurehead into the enemy army ranking, we can ensure the security/relations for both armies along with a better future for our former enemy.
Portions/Differences
1. Appointing/Replacing former/active leader(s) we find would be better suited to leading army to help better our army relationships/along with your army
2. Appointing a leader of our choice (this would normally be someone from our ownership ranking/leadership) this will help to better ensure our trust that you will stay by our agreements.
3. Forceful figurehead; This would mean in part the above two, the difference being that this figurehead in particular could be anyone random of our picking, this will prove as a great trust agreement between us.
These are the main points/portions that can be seen in the Act of the 117 Bill [CC]. Performing this on any enemy will clearly prove our ultimate might against them.
