Hello troops.

The owner testing will begin tomorrow (friday), and will end by late sunday.

If an owner fails to recruit the amount needed in a certain time, they will be put with a warning, OR demoted until proven good enough to be suited as an Owner in the Doritos of Club Penguin.

Each owner will have 25 minutes to recruit 5 or more people, if they fail too, the thing above will occur.
